1. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

 

2. Do you offer international shipping?

 

Currently, we only offer shipping within the US. Stay tuned for updates as we work to expand to international shipping in the future!

 

3. Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for photos of the issue to assist with resolving the problem. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
